Furniture that is led by materials; to speak their own language; realised in the clearest way I can.

Working primarily in concrete and stone, for presence and longevity.

After studying architecture at RMIT, I worked in the crafts and trades with the intention of increasing my familiarity with material dexterity and designing across scales and disciplines. Alongside employment in architectural offices I worked in residential and commercial construction, produced sculpture, worked in furniture production and as a cabinet maker/joiner.

I am driven by a love of all things visual and all things matter, and a desire to engage with it every day in my own way.
